Privacy Policy - Anchorage Civic Navigator

Anchorage Civic Navigator is an independent, third-party resource directory published by Tovar Works LLC. It is not operated by or affiliated with the Municipality of Anchorage, the State of Alaska, APD, AFD, the U.S. military, or any government agency.

What we collect
The app is designed for data minimization. By default it does not:
- require an account or login,
- collect your name, email, phone number, or address,
- request or store precise or background location,
- access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera,
- use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking,
- include third-party analytics or ad SDKs.

Data stored on your device only
Saved links and a short recently viewed list are stored locally on your device so the app can show them back to you. This data is not sent to Tovar Works LLC or any third party.

Sensitive resources are excluded from the recently viewed list, including crisis, domestic-violence, shelter, food, health, or housing resources.

Opening official sources
When you tap an official source, the app opens an external government, civic, or business website. Those sites are operated by third parties and have their own privacy practices. Tovar Works LLC does not control or receive data from those sites.

Children
The app is general-audience and not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data sharing and sale
Tovar Works LLC does not sell or share personal information, build user profiles, or target ads based on resource usage.

Your choices and requests
Because the current app does not collect personal data on a server, there is typically nothing to delete server-side. For privacy questions or requests, contact:
